Little Free Library

Notice: Due to issues with vandalism, the Little Free Library will be relocated to our community garden site and off the church grounds.

Project Augustine will offer a chartered Little Free Library™!

How It Works:
Take a book, share a book. Borrow a book from the library whenever you'd like. When you're done, return it for someone else to enjoy. If you have a book at home you'd like to share with the community, add it to the library!

Project Augustine has taken the Read in Color pledge, aiming to amplify diverse voices at a grassroots, community level. We maintain a wide-ranging overflow of donated books for all ages to add to the library rotation throughout the year. Have a large collection of books you'd like to donate? Contact us with details!

Why It's Important:
More than 30 million U.S. adults can't read or write above a third-grade level. 2 out of 3 children living in poverty have no books to call their own.
We're striving to make a positive impact on those statistics.
