Little Free Library

Notice: Due to issues with vandalism, the Little Free Library will be relocated to our community garden site and off the church grounds. We expect this to be completed by the end of 2021.

Project Augustine now offers a chartered Little Free Library™!

How It Works:
Take a book, share a book. Borrow a book from the library whenever you'd like. When you're done, return it for someone else to enjoy. If you have a book at home you'd like to share with the community, add it to the library!

Project Augustine has taken the Read in Color pledge, aiming to amplify diverse voices at a grassroots, community level. We maintain a wide-ranging overflow of donated books for all ages to add to the library rotation throughout the year. Have a large collection of books you'd like to donate? Contact us with details!

Why It's Important:
More than 30 million U.S. adults can't read or write above a third-grade level. 2 out of 3 children living in poverty have no books to call their own.
We're striving to make a positive impact on those statistics.
