Cleanup Day on Saturday, 12/5/2020
Please join us for our next cleanup day on Saturday, 12/5, from 12-5pm! All ages welcome.
We'll be partnering with Brightside St. Louis - Project Blitz to remove trash, debris, and weeds from the church grounds, alley, and neighborhood blocks surrounding St. Augustine. Help us with our efforts at revitalization and keep St. Louis beautiful!
Volunteer check-in will be in front of the main entrance of St. Augustine, located at 3114 Lismore. Street parking available on Lismore, as well as the blocks surrounding St. Augustine.
Brightside St. Louis is providing trash bags and shovels. Project Augustine is providing gloves, safety glasses, hand sanitizer and disinfecting spray. This is a social-distancing friendly outdoor event, but masks will be required. Volunteers are also welcome to bring their own tools and trash/lawn bags. If you have powered lawn equipment like trimmers, mowers, and chainsaws (and can use them safely), please bring those, too!
Project Augustine will not be held liable for lost, stolen, or damaged property. Waivers required for all participants.
In the event of inclement weather the cleanup will be rescheduled. Updates will be posted on the event page, our website, and social media pages as necessary.
Please note, the church will not be open to the public for this event. Entering the building for photography or otherwise without permission is prohibited. No public restrooms available.
